The Best Bakery in ” is making its comeback on M6 for a 12th season. The spotlight will be on the Burgundy Franche-Comté region from Monday January 13 to Friday January 17.

This year, the Jura is well represented with three bakeries.

A 100% Jura duel

Tuesday January 14, L'Atelier d'Olivier, a bakery located in Chaussin managed by Olivier Gremeret, will compete against an establishment in Côte-d'Or.

The next day, it will be a 100% Jura duel. La Mie'Stérieuse, by Katty Prevalet and Rémi Hanssler in Lons-le-Saunier will face La Fabrik by David Gros in Montmorot.

Le Progrès was also invited to the filming of the show, last July, behind the ovens of the Lédonienne bakery.

Finally, Thursday January 16, you will also be able to find a baker who has proven himself in Lons-le-Saunier for many years, the Jura native Christophe Rochet now established in Flacey-en-Bresse. He will be confronted with a bakery in Saône-et-.

All these professionals will be judged by Bruno Cormerais, Noëmie Honiat and Michel Sarran in several tests: the first impression, the favorite product, the signature bread or even the famous jury challenge which can change everything.

See you on M6 from January 13 to 17 from 6:35 p.m.
