The 18-year-old man, who allegedly caused this neighborhood conflict, causing three injuries, two of which were very serious, was arrested and placed in police custody, according to information from Nice-Morning.
The suspect, with no criminal record, and declaring himself a temporary worker, allegedly attacked these neighbors, stabbing them, due to the noise caused during New Year's Eve. He himself presented himself to the gendarmerie this Wednesday afternoon.
The latter was indicted this Friday for attempted homicide. He was then quickly placed in pre-trial detention by the liberty and detention judge, at the request of the prosecution.
Under the influence of alcohol
The public prosecutor mentioned a reason for the altercation “futile”, against a background of alcoholism. The vital prognosis of the two people, the most seriously affected, is no longer in jeopardy, according to News17.
Investigations continue to try to clarify the exact context of what pushed the young man to attack so violently during that evening.
