After a year marked by the holding of the third Olympic Games in its history, the capital is preparing to experience 365 particularly rhythmic days. Chronology of the main sporting events of the year
- Fencing. The World Cup foil, in the presence of the world's best fencers, will take place at the Pierre-de-Coubertin stadium (16th) from January 10 to 12, 2025

- Tennis. Major tournament, Roland-Garros will return to Porte d'Auteuil (16th) from May 25 to June 8.
- Horse riding. In the sublime setting of the Champ-de-Mars (7th), the best riders in the world will parade from June 20 to 22 at Paris Eiffel Jumping
- Cycling. The Tour de France will end on the Champs-Élysées (8th), Sunday July 27, with the best riders in the peloton
- Badminton. The brand new Adidas Arena (18th) will host the world championships from August 25 to 31
