The Valley Development Agency Bouregreg has revealed the details of the construction of an ultra-modern sports hall, called “Arena”, on the banks of the Bouregreg, between the towns of Rabat and Salé. This project is part of efforts to strengthen the capital’s sports infrastructure and position Morocco as a potential host of international sporting events.

With an allocated budget of 259.8 million dirhams, this stadium, whose work will extend over 18 months, will be built over an area of approximately 9,500 square meters. The project was entrusted to Jet Contractorsa Moroccan company based in Skhirat.

The “Arena” stadium will host several sporting disciplines, including basketball, handball, volleyball and futsal. It will provide a modern space meeting international standards, thus strengthening Rabat’s capacity to organize global and regional competitions.

This new sports hall will be the fourth in the city, after the Moulay Abdellah, Ibn Yassine and Ibn Rochd halls, but it will stand out for its large capacity, its contemporary architecture and its design. This infrastructure promises to become a symbol of modernity and innovation for the capital, contributing to its national and international influence.

Note that the Jet Contractors Group is a leader on the Moroccan scene in terms of turnkey construction of buildings with a strong architectural component.
