“A casting error, in company recruitment, and these are projects that can suffer. » Rémi Gilbert knows what he is talking about. Creator, with Pierre-Yves Pasquier, of Comerso in 2013, then of crèches, with his wife, he had to recruit around a hundred people, all profiles combined.
Headhunter. This is the first branch of Kosipo, the company he is creating and which has just set up at the La Serre business incubator, at the Technopole Agen Garonne. The kosipo is an African tree, close to the mahogany, widely threatened today by human activity.
Help finding grants
Second branch of Kosipo: assistance in finding financing. “Obtaining it can change the profitability of a project,” underlines the entrepreneur. You still need to know these grants, European, regional, calls for projects of all kinds… And especially their timing. In complicated schedules, you have to find time to put together files. “These two activities are particularly time-consuming for business leaders. But they are vital. And can be outsourced.”
“I’ve wanted to go back to my first training for a long time,” smiles Rémi Gilbert. Give advice again, but not just any way. “We mainly work with companies acting in the direction of sustainable development,” explains the head of the young company. A DNA that Rémi Gilbert has maintained since the founding of Comerso, dedicated to the recovery of unsold goods.
Ecosystem
If the business manager has chosen these two sectors, it is above all because he knows them by heart. Moreover, it even offers companies, if recruitment does not work, to find the right candidate. “We follow each customer over time.”
“The objective is, for recruitment, to be tailor-made, to offer young companies experienced people,” he argues. Because Lot-et-Garonne lacks executives. “Today we are getting closer to all the technology parks in the department. »
“We put an option on a second office”
The establishment of Kosipo in La Serre, the Technopole's business incubator, is no coincidence either. Designed by Jean Nouvel, the building aims to be as energy neutral as possible. We find the sustainable development side. But above all, it is at the heart of an ecosystem that attracted Rémi Gilbert. Next to La Serre, still under construction, the future Sud Management school. Which could, perhaps, give rise to new recruitments. And between the two, the future building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Today, Kosipo has four people who share a 25 m² all-glass office. “We have optioned a second office. » The entrepreneur intends to expand quickly. “Our first clients call on our consulting firm for its two skills,” he explains.
