Bison smart: “difficult” traffic in Île-de-France in the direction of returns on Friday

Bison smart see green for the last weekend of the school holidays. The National Road Information Center predicts smooth traffic everywhere in , with the exception of Friday January 3 in Île-de-France, in the direction of returns.

“The significant increase in traffic on the A6 and A10 motorways in the middle of the afternoon as well as work-home journeys and still numerous trips during this period could cause more or less significant traffic difficulties depending on the sectors between the mid-afternoon and early evening,” warns Bison futé in a press release.

On the A10, the main difficulties should be concentrated near Saint-Arnoult-en- (Yvelines), between 2 and 7 p.m. On the A6, it will be at Fleury-en-Bière (Seine-et-), at the same times.

To hope to escape congestion, the forecasting organization recommends that Ile-de-France residents reach the region before 2 p.m. Friday, and others leave before then.

Last Friday, traffic should be good in Île-de-France in both directions. Bison futé also sees green in the rest of France, for the duration of the weekend.
