Eventful New Year’s Eve for the Somme firefighters
The Somme firefighters intervened 106 times during New Year's Eve. A busy night but without major disturbances according to the prefecture services. Twelve of these interventions were for acts of urban violence with lights lit on public roads and 5 for road accidents. The police, for their part, carried out 35 road checks and 47 interventions for damage on public roads, mainly in Abbeville. Three people were arrested.
