The first inflows of funds for 2024 are promising and, in Côtes-d'Armor, we also note a increase of 30,000 euros in pledgesalmost 80 million nationally.

Research advances are showing concrete results, such as the remarkable progress of Sacha, suffering from Duchenne muscular dystrophy, thanks to gene therapy. Or the healing of Marley and Mylane, these twins suffering from spinal muscular atrophy type 1. But, unfortunately, many diseases still remain unsolved.

Generosity and coordination

Generosity, good humor and commitment made this edition a real success.

Christelle, Mickaël's wife, née Leprêtre, has a special link with the village.

She grew up in Saint-Mirel, where she lived until adolescence, before her parents were expropriated from their land by the Kermené factory.

Subsequently, Guylène and her husband Pierre-Yves Buhan acquired the house, neighboring the farm of Pierre-Yves' parents.

The latter played an essential role in supervising the baking of bread, pancakes and the serving of mulled wine.

He was supported by his parents, Joëlle and Yvon, as well as his sister Véronique and her partner Pascal.

Everyone involved contributed to the success of the event.
