Laurent never left Perche. It is the land that saw him grow. 23 years ago, he decided to move into this house unlike any other, with the strange idea of ​​cooking among antiques in mind. “I was a caregiver at the hospital for 20 years and I was supposed to stay there until the end of my career (…) This opportunity to come and cook presented itself and it was just the right time”he says.
