– Groix (56). Placed under the aegis of the Subagrec association, the meeting is given at 12:15 p.m., VVF beach.

– Loctudy (29). The Mermaid Bath, at 11 a.m., on Langoz beach. Upon exiting the water, a hot drink will be offered.

Tuesday December 31

– Dinard (35). Traditional New Year's bath on Écluse beach. Meet for warm-up at 2:30 p.m., in front of the swimming pool, and start of the swim at 3 p.m.

– Pléneuf-Val-André (22). New Year's Eve swim, at 11:30 a.m. (registration required from 10:30 a.m.), on Val-André beach. Participants will be able to jump into the water for fifteen minutes. At the end of the swim, hot drinks will be served.

– Plérin (22). New Year's Eve swim on Tournemine beach, opposite the municipal nautical center. The warm-up will begin at 10:30 a.m. and will be followed by the swim at 11 a.m. (participants will have access to the nautical center changing rooms to change). Before the bath, musical entertainment and a warm-up will be offered. A hot drink will be offered to participants.

– Saint-Cast-le-Guildo (22). For this New Year's Eve swim, meet at 10:30 a.m. on the large beach, opposite the Salle d'Armor. After an energetic ten-minute warm-up, the big dive into the cool waters will begin at 11 a.m. Participants will brave the waves for a quarter of an hour of invigorating swimming, before warming up with a hot drink. The morning will conclude with the presentation of gifts and diplomas, rewarding the audacity and festive spirit of the participants.

Wednesday January 1, 2025

– Cheap (56). First “Nordic Bath” of the year, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., on the large beach of Port-Navalo. Free.

– Larmor-Plage (56). Sea bathing and beachcombing on New Year's Day, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., on Toulhars beach. Free coffee.

– Perros-Guirec (22). Big New Year's swim on Trestraou beach (maritime station side). Nautical center changing rooms open at 11:15 a.m. and swimming at 11:30 a.m.

– Plougasnou (29). New Year's Eve swim, at 12 p.m., on Primel-Trégastel beach. Tea, coffee, mulled wine and hot chocolate will be offered.

– Ploemeur (56). The disguises will be out on the Anse du Stole beach in Ploemeur. The Sonalom association celebrates the new year with its traditional shrimp bath. Meet at 9:30 a.m. for warm-ups before setting off to take on the deep blue at 9:45 a.m. Participants must register in advance with the association, for 2 euros. Hot drinks will be served to them once they return to the beach. Good to know: a heated room will be available for them to change and dry off. A refreshment bar will be available to spectators. – Plouha (22). Organized by La Plouhatine hiking, swimming at 11 a.m., Palus beach. A hot drink will be offered to participants.

– Roscoff (29). The traditional New Year's bath is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Traon Erc'h beach. On the program: costumes, collective warm-up with music, hot drinks and photo frame.

Sunday January 5

– Erdeven (56). The meeting is set on Kerhillio beach: registration on site, from 1 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.; at 2:30 p.m., costume competition before bathing; at 3:15 p.m., warm-up then start, everyone in the water to music; at 4 p.m., post-swimming raffle, numerous prizes to be won…

Le Guilvinec (29). La Baignade des Bigoudènes will be held at 11:30 a.m. at La Grève-Blanche beach. It is open to all, registration will take place on site. Everyone swims wearing a swimsuit, a wetsuit or a disguise, under the supervision of the SNSM and Aqua Zen. Musical encouragement will be offered by bagad An Dreizherien. Donations are possible to the SNSM.
