After training as an engineer, Simon Jouanno diversified into the field of town planning. At the same time, he has always been involved in community projects and played in the Lann-Bihoué bagad, a significant experience. “Once a childhood dream has come true, like that of playing in the bagad of Lann-Bihoué, you have to reinvent yourself and find other projects that make you dream,” confides the young man, now 28 years old. This is how he chose to leave the music scene to launch into real estate, in Lorient (Morbihan). A field that he already knew well thanks to his studies and professional experience.

“The real estate market is growing in Lorient”
Far from the Lorient snare drums, his daily life is punctuated by personalized support for customers. “I have to respond to the request of seller owners wishing to be supported and advised but also to find the property in which the buyers who contact me will be able to plan themselves”, summarizes the native of Pontivy. Today, he has joined Espaces Atypicals as a real estate advisor. He chose Lorient because “for me, it is synonymous with the Interceltic Festival, which I have participated in since I was very young, and Merlus, my favorite club”.
Simon Jouanno is optimistic about the city's real estate potential. “The quality of life there is superb, the dynamic is very positive. Here, the real estate market is growing and the presence of a brand like Espaces Atypicals is entirely relevant,” he says.

The young man is active on social networks, where he shares his experiences and projects. “The objective is to create a community of people sensitive to atypical or high-end real estate,” he explains.
