Unique in Brittany
The CPJEPS-type qualifying training (professional certificate for youth, popular education and sports), a work-study year, has therefore been promoted. “We are the only ones today to offer it in Brittany, explains Nolwenn Jégado, head of professional training at the League. We are supported in our approach by the social centers of Keryado, the PLL (Secular patronage of Lorient) and Escale Brizeux and receive the unfailing support of the Brittany Region. »
Already on the ground
All these new facilitators are already employed in Lorient, Lanester or Bannalec (Finistère). “Seven future facilitators are starting a training course, out of a planned total of 41 learners. It was a challenge, a bet, which bore its first fruits, says Nolwenn Jégado. But which needs to be sustained. These facilitators have the capacity to work with all audiences, from the youngest to the elderly in nursing homes. »
