To experience the magic of Christmas, a stopover in Chartres is essential, to enjoy the “Chartres en Lumières fête Noël” mapping, an augmented version of the show usually projected on the cathedral in which angels and elves appear. Other magical decorations illuminate the facades of around ten monuments in the city center.
