Since the start of the school year, Anouk Verdier and Christelle Morin have shared a workshop on rue Beauvoir. Both of them, before professionalizing themselves to become ceramists, had enjoyed working with materials. “ The discovery of the potter’s wheel a few years ago made me flash, explains Anouk Verdier. Being attentive to the earth brings a lot of happiness. » She decided a little later to abandon her profession in the audiovisual sector and trained in a qualified center in Pré-Saint-Gervais (Seine-Saint-Denis) for a year in order to become a ceramist creator. There she met Christelle Morin who committed to the same process after leaving her job in Paris. “ I had already practiced modeling as a hobby and I wanted to make it my activity. During this year of joint training, we noticed that we had the same conception of this artistic craft and its interpretation. » Moving in together seemed very suitable for them.
