It was already one of our favorite spots, perched on a rock by the sea, but Tuba Club is now preparing to become Also our refuge for the winter. We had to be patient, but that’s it, Tuba Club has decided to open its doors, its kitchens and its rooms throughout the year, just to better wait until spring.
The old diving club then offers another facet of its potential, and also another face in a softer light, to the rhythm of the melody of the sea spray. If you can always go take a dip for the more adventurous, or head to the hammam for the more cozy ones, you will mainly come there to sit down. The talented young chef Sylvain Roucayrol – who told us all the magic of working in this place like no other – will be offering crudos all winter long, small iodized creations of which he has the secret, and above all a Crab Boil which, this year, will put lobster in the spotlight.
Tuba Club in winter is told like this otherwise with the chic and the strength to remain, summer and winter alike, a magical, poetic and, obviously, unmissable destination. To eat in an unusual setting, to sleep lulled by the waves, or simply to get some fresh air, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
