At the end of the year, they are putting their foot down. Because by working, these mechanics are doing a good deed.
Since December 1, for each technical inspection carried out, one euro has been donated to P’tits doudous, an association committed to supporting hospitalized children.
“We already did Pink October, a few months ago nowindicates Mickaël Duminil, director of Autosur Rivery Dury. And so there, we wanted more of an association, but local. This is why we approached the Amiens University Hospital. It’s to put a smile back on the faces of children at the end of the year who are going to be in a rather complicated situation.“

Here, the children have just come out of the operating room and are on an outpatient basis. “We try not to make any distinction, all the operated children leave with a gift, whether they are hospitalized or whether they go home in the evening, because it is a festive period and even if we pass that the day at the hospital is not necessarily a pleasant time“, specifies the resuscitation anesthetist and president of the P’tits doudous association.
On the parents’ side, the gesture seems appreciated. “I think he will be delighted when he leaves the hospital and happy to show that he got a little gift from the association“, rejoices Auguste’s mother.
In total, 120 toys will be distributed in the department for the holidays.
