The ETLB group has just inaugurated its new address in Antibes, a restaurant which offers two worlds: Côté Sushi, Nikkei cuisine, a Japan-Peru fusion and Piperno, a traditional Neapolitan pizzeria.
SUSHI TEA & ANTIBE PEPPERNO – Located in old Antibes, a stone’s throw from the Place des Martyrs de la Résistance, the new restaurant offers two atmospheres and two types of cuisine. On one side, Nikkei cuisine, a fusion cuisine between Japan and Peru where sushi mixed with Peruvian cuisine is adorned with exotic colors alongside bowls and a selection that follows the seasons. At Piperno, we travel to the south of Italy and its Neapolitan cuisine where we find antipasti with charcuterie made in Italy, arancini, stracciatella, pizze al gorgonzola e zucca, fontina and guanciale and the classics and pasta, of course. From December 18 to March 19, the winter menu highlights flagship products from Italian regions.
The advantage of this restaurant is that it can bring together friends with different culinary orientations at the same table.
The restaurant also offers a take-out or delivery service.
