The sale of Villa Bagatelle in Cannes will go down as one of the most important real estate transactions in the Festival City. It was carried out by the Cannes real estate agency Magrey & Sons who gave neither the amount nor the buyer but who assured that this “luxury escape on the French Riviera” East “now available for rental”.
