REGISTRATIONS FOR LEISURE RECEPTIONS FOR WINTER HOLIDAYS 2025
Leisure centers for 3/12 year olds, Teen Centers, Multisport courses
Reminder of vacation dates: from Monday 10 to Friday 21 February 2025
The online reservation period at holiday leisure receptions lasts three days:
from Monday 6 to Wednesday 8 January 2025
IMPORTANT: it is mandatory to provide proof of professional activity to access the online reservation request for holiday leisure receptions (activities for 3/12 year olds and teen activities).
Reminder of registration procedures for holiday leisure activities:

You will be able to make your reservation wishes on the family portal during a wide time slot for your child(ren) during the desired week without blocking constraints.

The reservation request does not systematically lead to registration and therefore access to the activity. Immediate connection as soon as the reservation forms are opened no longer constitutes automatic registration.

You will need to choose the desired reservation week per form and per center, because each form gives access to a specific week and center.

Once all your reservation requests have been made, the Single Window will analyze and classify family requests in accordance with the new Internal Regulations 3 to 12 years 2024/2025

Depending on the places available once your reservation request has been validated by the GU, between January 13 and 16, 2025 an email validating your request will be sent to you, from then on your reservation request will become a registration for the activity and will give resulting in invoicing.

When the invoice is posted online, which we notify you by sending an email, payment must be made within a maximum of 48 hours to finalize your registration, beyond this period your reservation will be canceled.
Important information:

Your Single Registration File (DUI) for the 2024/2025 school year must be up to date and validated by our services, otherwise your reservation request will not be accepted.

You must be up to date with your invoices.

Proof of professional activity for each parent (to download online from the Family Portal or by clicking on this link) for this period is requested at the time of the reservation request:

The work certificate must cover the opening period of the center and must be completed, dated, signed and stamped by the employer.

For self-employed peoplethis proof of professional activity must be accompanied by a KBIS.

To download this proof of professional activity please click here. You will need to attach this proof to the reservation request which will be posted online on the family portalfrom Monday 06 to Wednesday 8 January 2025. No other model of proof of professional activity will be accepted.

OPEN LEISURE CENTERS:
Leisure centers for 3/12 year olds open every week for this holiday period (day with meals).
Children aged 3 to 12 are welcomed in the morning between 7:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. and can be picked up in the late afternoon between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.

The 11-17 year old teen centers are open every week for this holiday period (day with meals)
Teenagers are welcomed in the morning between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. and can be picked up in the late afternoon between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Multi-sport courses are open every week for this holiday period (day without meals)
Children on multisport courses are welcomed in the morning at 8:30 a.m. then they are picked up at 12 p.m. by their parent(s) for the lunch break and they are brought back for the activity at 2 p.m., then they are picked up at the end of the day. -noon to 5:30 p.m.
