Opening of the “Educational Cities” call for projects for the municipality of Touln. Submission of files before February 16, 2025 midnight.
In 2022, the city of Toulon obtained the “Educational City” label for 2 territories and for a period of 3 years. The approach carried out by the City, National Education, CAF and the Prefecture is based on active cooperation from the quartet and a strong commitment from associative partners.
The alignment of existing systems (Global Territorial Convention, City Contract/Neighborhoods 2030, PRE, PEDT, Wednesday Plan, Learning Holidays, homework done, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. reception, etc.) and the mobilization of common law are systematically sought.
This approach is being renewed for the period from 2025 to 2027. The new label will relate to a single educational city whose perimeters will be extended to the 10 QPV of the city. This extension will facilitate the harmonization of the “City Contract/Neighborhoods 2030”, “Educational City” and “Global Territorial Convention” approaches.
This call for projects is part of this framework and remains subject to obtaining the label.
Educational Cities, co-managed by the State, National Education and communities
local, are built around 3 main axes:
• Strengthen the role of the school
• Promote educational continuity
•Open the field of possibilities

Procedures for submitting files
Submission of files is carried out entirely dematerialized on the DAUPHIN portal. Access to the DAUPHIN Portal for online entry of the subsidy request is made from
from the ANCT institutional website: https://usager-dauphin.anct.gouv.fr until February 16, 2025 midnight
The titles of the actions, according to the educational city, must be worded OUTSIDE THE CITY CONTRACT according to the following format:
HCV MTPM – TOULON EDUCATIONAL CITY – 2025 – [la dénomination de l’action].
The name of the action must be short and meaningful. Financing needs must be expressed to the State by selecting from the
provisional budget section 74- State,: 83 – STATE – CITY POLICY
