Since December 14, the day she was crowned Miss France 2025, Angélique Angarni-Filopon has unfortunately been under fire from critics. When she is not criticized for her short hair by certain Internet users, she is singled out by others who then make fun of her age and even worse, her skin color. Criticisms that the main interested party brushed aside, but which recently created controversy since a person from the entourage of Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais republished a message deemed racist, made with regard to the current queen of beauty.

“My little sister made the mistake of…”: Sabah Aïb defends her little sister
Indeed, on the social network TikTok, some users noticed that the little sister of Sabah Aïb (Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais) had “liked” a publication comparing Miss France 2025 to a man. An act which was judged by Internet users to be not only “misogynist” but also “racist”. Faced with this controversy, the first runner-up then insisted on having her little sister defended. “My little sister made the mistake of reposting a TikTok mocking our Miss France, which she deeply regrets. She was disappointed and emotional, and although this in no way justified her action, she quickly realized her mistake and removed it.”, she explained, before continuing: “Unfortunately, these TikToks have been perceived as racist by some people, which we strongly condemn.”
