It is time for the pleadings and requisitions of the public prosecutor at the Vienna Assizes this Thursday, December 19, 2024. The Assize Court has been trying three men since Monday, December 16 for the kidnapping followed by the death, by an organized gang, of Khaled Bouderbala, September 6 and 7, 2020.

Against a backdrop of drug trafficking, the 37-year-old man was kidnapped after he was arranged to meet 400 m from his home, at the Mignaloux-Beauvoir gas station on September 6, 2020.

Following a drug theft

Beaten by his attackers, who were seeking to recover a sum of €100,000 following a theft of cannabis, he died during the night or the morning of the next day, from an intracranial hemorrhage.

His body was left in the parking lot of Arpajon hospital, in the region, shortly after noon on September 7.

The trial allowed us to better understand the motivations of the accused and to unravel a complex case. Yesterday, Wednesday, during their interrogations, Deho-Guy Sery and Boinali M’ze, the two main accused, surprised the court with their confessions.

The acquittal requested for the third

This Thursday, the attorney general requested sentences of thirty and twenty years of criminal imprisonment against them. Jean-Dominique Trippier also requested acquittal for the third accused, Oussman Guirassy. Prosecuted for having made the phone call organizing the meeting with Khaled Bouderbala, he explained that he had acted without knowing of the ambush plan. An explanation confirmed by the late confessions of the other two.

The day of this Thursday, December 19 will continue with the pleadings of the defense lawyers. The verdict is expected on Friday December 20.
