In Grandchamp-des-Fontaines, a new real estate project is currently being built ZAC de l’Erette-Grand’Haie which has the name: “Business Village”. It is supported by the company Presqu’île Investissements based in Guérande, in collaboration with the CCEG (community of communes Erdre and Gesvres) which wishes to develop the activity zone.

The project dates from 2022 and for Presqu’île Investissement, it was a real opportunity to carry out this program in this area of activity.

Indeed, future buyers will have the option of renting or buying. On the second tranche, neighboring cells will be able to come together to reach 400 or even 600 m2. This project is mainly aimed at craftsmen for storage, for office use and a small part for sales, catering style.
