“Facho out” (sic). The inscription visible on the facade of the Café des sports du Lion-d’Angers, near Segré-en-Anjou Bleu (Maine-et-Loire) is accompanied by streaks of black paint, which have obviously been tried to to erase. Another sign displayed: three points, positioned in a triangle. A symbol used as much by the far left as the fascist far right to mean an insult to the police, according to the specialized site indextreme.fr.
The Café des sports, taken over last spring by Louis Guimon, a personality whose links with the extreme right were highlighted by the Bien vivre ensemble collective in Lion-d’Angers, was covered by these elements. The facts would have occurred on the night of Tuesday December 17 to Wednesday December 18, 2024.

A new demonstration in this controversial issue, in which some of the residents of the town clash as well as the members of the Lionnais collective and those of the Brasserie Gorin association, created by Louis Guimon in 2021 to take over the premises.
