The union denounces “the conditionality of 15 hours of weekly activities for farmers receiving RSA (active solidarity income) ». He campaigns so that farmers “are exempt from the conditional RSA”.
“Let no farmer have to apply for RSA to survive”
This device “implies for beneficiaries to carry out 15 to 20 hours of activity per week, under penalty of sanctions (partial or total withdrawal of the allowance). This packaging will become compulsory for all beneficiaries in France, from January 2025. Since 1is March 2024, Finistère, like thirty other departments, is affected by the second phase of the “renovated support for RSA recipients” experiment. »

The Peasant Confederation asks the Department to support it “for a better income and a fair distribution of PAC aid across the entire profession so that no farmer has to apply for RSA to survive”. On Friday, these farmers will install “a farmers’ market for products that were supported by the RSA (vegetables, honey, jam)”before the Departmental Council.
