The Avis-Locafinance group, a major player in mobility in Morocco, received two distinctions in the “Elected Customer Service of the Year Morocco 2025” titles. These recognitions concern two specific categories: Short-Term Rental, awarded for the first time to Avis, and Long-Term Rental, awarded to Locafinance for the third consecutive year.
These distinctions underline the group’s constant efforts in terms of customer satisfaction and quality of service, elements at the heart of its strategy for several years, according to a press release published on the occasion.
Initiatives to improve services
In 2024, Avis-Locafinance has deployed several initiatives to improve its services and strengthen its presence on Moroccan territory. Among these are the opening of a new agency in the Palmier district of Casablanca and the relocation of its agency to Essaouira. These actions aim to better meet customer needs and improve the accessibility of services.
Furthermore, the partnership between Avis-Locafinance and Feu Vert, a European specialist in automobile maintenance, was consolidated with the inauguration of a new auto center in Casablanca. This opening follows the launch of a first center in Marrakech, demonstrating the group’s desire to expand its service offering.
In addition, the integration of the company T-Rent, finalized in early 2024, allowed the group to strengthen its position among the leaders in vehicle rental in Morocco.
Created in 1961 and Avis franchisee since 1964, the Avis-Locafinance group relies on a network of 20 agencies and more than 80 affiliates covering the entire national territory. With a fleet of several thousand vehicles renewed each year, the group offers solutions adapted to the needs of its customers, while employing more than 260 employees in nine main cities in the Kingdom.
The group makes a point of maintaining a high level of quality of service. Its efforts are reflected by obtaining ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications, which are intended to demonstrate its commitment to quality management, the environment and occupational safety.
