The co-founder of Infomaniak is a busy man. It must be said that the Geneva company specializing in on-demand IT services has been experiencing strong growth in recent years. While it had barely more than a hundred employees in 2019, it should have 300 by the end of the year. It is therefore hardly surprising if Boris Siegenthaler seems to have his mind elsewhere this November morning by welcoming Time in the Infomaniak premises, located in Carouge.
The setting reflects the character: colorful. The discussion takes place in a meeting room decorated according to the codes of dinersthese typically American restaurants. Each room has a defined theme: Japanese bar, hard rock garage, picnic table under a camping tent, old-fashioned lounge… “We spend a lot of time in the office, and I am convinced that work must go hand in hand with pleasure,” explains Boris Siegenthaler.
