He was expected at the bar of the criminal court last September, again for deceptive marketing practices regarding requests for termination and reimbursements of insurance contracts for telephones and computers. Unduly deducted, customers were never able to obtain a cessation of direct debits and termination of contracts.

This Tuesday, December 17, Sadri Fegaier was sentenced to 16 months in prisonat 300,000 euros as well as a prohibition to manage a company for 5 years.

The Paris criminal court also sentenced six companies in the group to fines ranging from 150,000 euros to 1.5 million euros.
