The first creation, Velvetperfectly combines the intensity of a powerful dark chocolate and the crunch of roasted hazelnuts. A soft and airy chocolate mousse rests on a melting biscuit, all enhanced by a praline coating which adds an irresistible crunchy texture.
The second creation, Satintransports your taste buds to the tropics with the fruity sweetness of mango and the liveliness of passion fruit. A light mousse unfolds on a soft coconut biscuit, creating a perfect balance between exoticism and delicacy. A sunny tasting full of freshness.

A new addition to the world of logs, this ice cream and pastry shop is inspired by our grandmothers’ recipes. The “Henriette” Christmas log recipe mixes ganache whipped with milk chocolate, brownie, peanut caramel, pecan praline and dark chocolate icing. The “Olga” Christmas log offers an orange blossom honey pine nut ice cream, with caramelized pine nuts and a dulcey chocolate coating.
