With the exception of FO, the main public service unions call for a day of action to denounce the draft 2025 budget and defend public services this December 5, 2024.

THE after-school services schools in Angers (Maine-et-Loire) will be strongly impacted by this national strike movement. Several measures have been put in place, taking into account the number of staff present, to facilitate the organization of families.

Thus, when at least 25% of teachers are on strike in a public school, the City sets up a minimum reception service during school hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., within municipal leisure centers.

On December 5, the receptions of Hutreau and Claverie will be open to take care of children. If the number of teachers on strike is less than 25%, the children are welcomed into the school's other open classes.

Who from the canteen?

When a school meal service is closed, Papillote et Compagnie automatically cancels the meal of the children concerned. If the restaurant remains open, families are invited to cancel their meal online themselves if their child does not eat lunch in the canteen (teacher on strike, child's absence, etc.).
