Concerned about its youth, the community of communes of Haute Ariège (CCHA) is launching Operation Ski Pass, an initiative intended to encourage young people to practice snow sports. This operation is aimed at young people born between 1999 and 2013, domiciled in their main residence in Haute Ariège. The objective is to promote their access to winter sports resorts at reduced rates regardless of their resources (students and job seekers only).
To this end, and in partnership with ski resort operators, the Ski Pass offers this public aged 11 to 2-5 years the purchase of “season” passes. The purchasing period began on Monday, December 2 and will continue until Tuesday, December 31. The places of purchase are in Luzenac, at the children and youth service at the CCHA headquarters, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and in Auzat, local branch of the CCHA, at the media library on Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (collection of passes at the cash desk).
Supporting documents following are to provide: identity card, 2024-2025 school certificate or student card, 2024 tax notice, Pôle emploi certificate for job seekers. Payment is possible in cash or by check payable to the Public Treasury.
This offer is valid for the following resorts: Ax-3 Domaines and Ascou-Pailhères, prices: €149 (non-taxable); €174 (income less than or equal to €37,000) and €228 (income greater than €37,000). Goulier, price: €77 (income without means requirements). Beille and Chioula, price: €48 (income without means requirements). Free shuttles are also set up from the village of Les Cabannes, for access to Beille and for access to the Ascou-Pailhères station.
