The taxi demonstration in question?
A decision made “due to security measures”explains the Ile-de-France transport authority, specifying that this is due to a “demonstration near the access to the station”.
The Invalides sector was the rallying point for hundreds of taxis who came from all over France to demonstrate in front of the National Assembly, against the reduction in mileage rates for patient transport that Health Insurance would like to implement.
This demonstration could therefore be the reason why the Invalides stop, located in front of the Esplanade des Invalides, is not not served.
None reopening time was not given.
