A priori no. If we refer to Twitter users, these fireworks would be fired from the Esplanade des Invalides on the sidelines of the taxi demonstration. The latter are protesting against the CPAM bill. It would therefore be an illegal fireworks display.

Throughout the day, several hundred taxis gathered around the National Assembly and the Invalides because of their dissatisfaction with the drop in prices for transporting patients. On the Esplanade des Invalides, firecrackers and fireworks were set off in protest.
