Digital transformation: Silamir Afrique unveils its ambitions in Morocco

Silamir Afrique, a player in the digital transformation of Moroccan companies, in accordance with the High Royal Guidelines and the Morocco Digital 2030 vision, focuses on building the company of tomorrow. The company is in fact a subsidiary of the Parisian group Silamir, which offers consulting and technological services that cover change management, commercial performance, project management and ESG criteria. It thus stands out in the fields of Data & AI, cybersecurity, Cloud, but also in Tech Delivery & Run.

Younes Zoubaa, DG Africa, highlights a pragmatic approach: “The variety of our expertise and the fact that we operate as a one-stop shop make Silamir Afrique a true trusted partner for its clients, whatever their size, challenges and technological needs.” “Our group […] now has 700 employees between France, Morocco and Poland. This is not about to stop: we plan to recruit 300 new employees exclusively in Morocco by 2027,” he stressed.

The company has acquired several entities, such as Caiman Design and Polarys, and has signed European partnerships for the management of Tech and Data Service Centers. In addition, the group collaborates with university incubators with the aim of supporting the employability of young people. For its CEO, the Moroccan market presents “formidable” assets. “It is a strategic choice to invest in our Moroccan hub for our local and international development. As a leading player in digital and data transformations, we are very happy to engage“.
