EVENT. Two years after being relaunched, the Miss Haute-Marne election will be organized again in 2025. A meeting that is prepared in advance, hence the call for applications now to participate in the casting, which will take place next March 9.
As at the Sainte-Catherine Fair a week ago during the raffle draw, Madiana Paul regularly wears her Miss Haute-Marne 2024 sash on the territory. This will be the case until next spring, even if, as they say in the industry, we remain miss “for life”.
However, the ceremony which will crown her successor is now being prepared. Returning in 2023 after a long break, the competition will officially return in 2025: “We are already preparing for the third year. The casting has been launched and will officially take place on Sunday March 9,” announces Aurely Krantz, Haute-Marne correspondent for the Miss Champagne-Ardenne committee.
Casting
Once is not customary, it is La Beauté de l’âme (one of the partners of the competition) who will welcome the candidates during this fateful day: “There will first be a first speech, the height chart then individual interviews,” explains Aurely Krantz. Last year, ten young women presented themselves to the casting. To take over from Madiana Paul, the criteria are simple, more flexible than in the past: “You must be 18 years old on November 1, 2025, be at least 1.70 m tall, and have an address in Haute-Marne, like at home,” lists the coordinator. For the rest, there is no limit. “You can be 35 years old, married, in a civil partnership, have children, piercings, tattoos…” continues Aurely Krantz.
After the casting on March 9, the selected candidates will have a first rehearsal of the ceremony, the weekend of March 29 and 30. Between official shooting at the Chamouilley mill, choreography and sleepover to relax. A final rehearsal will take place at the Palace on April 13, before the big evening of Miss Haute-Marne, on Saturday April 19, at the Theater, like last year. The challenge will remain the same: to win your place to become Miss Champagne-Ardenne, then Miss France 2026, which never happened as Sylvie Tellier recalled, on November 27, during the recording of Grosses Têtes .

Christmas before time
Alongside the competition, solidarity actions are planned for Christmas. Saturday December 7 at Intermarché Vert-Bois, the first runner-up 2024 Charlotte Giraldi (in the morning), then Miss Haute-Marne 2024 Madiana Paul (in the afternoon), will collect toys and sell waffles, for the benefit of the pediatric department of the Geneviève-de-Gaulle-Anthonioz hospital center.
