The recurring closed doors of the Girondins de in the Coupe de and the inability of the Bordeaux club to welcome the public do not delight the FFF.

Thus, the latter warned Gérard Lopez's club by letter dated November 28: playing behind closed doors will no longer be possible from the 32nd finals of the Coupe de France.

With the public or inversion

In this letter addressed to the president of the Girondins de Bordeaux, the direction of the FFF national competitions is very clear: “If the Girondins de Bordeaux club is not able to receive the public during the next Coupe de France meeting in the event of a qualification for the 32nd finals, the match will be reversed, the progress of the Coupe de France cannot be envisaged without an audience on a recurring basis.”

The Girondins have been warned.

Bordeaux will know their opponent this evening for the 32nd finals of the Coupe de France. The Girondins may be opposed to a lower division club and be required to host the match (for example by hosting a National 3 club). The list of 64 qualified teams is available here.

The draw will be followed from 7 p.m. on beIN SPORTS. We will also follow him live in the Talk on WebGirondins at 7:30 p.m.
