Prefect Vincent Roberti visited the France Services house in Montauban Monplaisir this Friday. This structure, located in the city's political district, is supported by the Montauban Services association. A structure that operates at full capacity, since nearly 10,000 visitors come through the door each year, or 10% of the attendance of all 22 France Services branches in the department. Also note the record satisfaction rate of 99.7%. These structures make it possible to facilitate digital and administrative procedures, throughout the country, less than 30 minutes from home, thanks to trained and attentive advisors. They provide access to the main public service organizations in one place for support. Visitors can thus manage most administrative procedures, vehicle registration, RSA, Taxes, driving licenses, CAF, MSA, CPAM, CARSAT, access to rights, La Poste, and also access to online services.
