The Folie Calette Festival brings the Bouzey Lake to life

This Sunday, July 7th, the seventh edition of the arts festival “La Folie Calette” took place at Lake Bouzey. Ceramicists, glassblowers, textile manufacturers and craft seamstresses, artistic ironworkers, decorative painters, lampshade makers, framers, bookbinders, basket makers, wood turners, milliners, etc.: around fifteen artistic professions were present this Sunday at Lake Bouzey.

For this 2024 edition, 26 artisans from the Grand Est (Meurthe-et-Moselle, Meuse, Moselle, Haut-Rhin and even Aisne) were present.

The trades presented are varied: glassmakers, potters-ceramicists, manufacturers of textile objects, artisanal seamstresses, felt-finishers, framers, artistic ironworkers, decorative painters, milliners, wood turners, basket makers, lampshade makers, etc. You will find jewelry, hats, clothing and fashion accessories, luggage, cases and pouches, decorative objects, tableware, basketwork, furniture, etc. There is something for everyone.

The event is celebrating its seventh edition with, as every year, professional musical groups taking turns for concerts in a jazzy spirit: The Main Users, a jazz trio, the singers La Grande and Yellemi, as a duo or solo.
