The Solidarités Nouvelles Logement (SNL) Essonne federation has inaugurated three new integration housing units in the town of La Ferté-Alais.
On November 6, the SNL presented three new integration housing units in La Ferté-Alais: two T4 duplexes and one T5. These renovated apartments are intended for large families. “The selection of beneficiaries is made as a priority among the city's applications, in close collaboration with the local SNL group and taking into account the opinion of social services in the sector,” specifies the Essonne delegation.
The families will be housed in a building in the city center dating from 1900 near the Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption church. As part of a 35-year rehabilitation lease with the Abbé Pierre Foundation's solidarity investment company, Solifap, SNL undertook work while preserving period elements: the stairs, cornices and parquet floors. “ We also had the pleasure of finding the old entrance to the cemetery on one of the walls of the facade », enthuses Mariannick Morvan, mayor of the town. Tenants will have individual cellars, parking spaces, a bicycle/stroller room and a shared garden.
The project cost 900,000 euros, 74% of which was subsidized by the State, the Ile-de-France region, the Department of Essonne, the Abbé Pierre and Bruneau foundations, Ikea Housing Action and the city. from La Ferté-Alais.
