Are you disgusted by activists who have a big blue vein in their neck and who harass and intimidate those who don’t think like them?

Well, you are not alone!

This week, in the United States, the director of the largest trans rights organization urged LGBTQ activists to breathe through their noses, be less “abrasive” and change their rhetoric.

“Because currently, we are losing the support of the population…” he said.

“INDIVIDUAL WITH A UTERUS”

The man’s name is Rodrigo Heng-Lehtinen and he is the executive director of the group Advocates for Transgender Equality.

In a long interview given to New York TimesHeng-Lehtinen said the time had come for trans activists to adopt a less aggressive and less polarizing tone.

Because in the United States – as in Quebec, moreover – LGBTQ activists tend to stick to the ceiling and lose their tempers as soon as someone dares to lip-critically criticize some of their positions.

Talk to JK Rowling.

Just because she dared to say that a person’s sex was linked to their biology (which is not an opinion, but a scientific fact), the author of Harry Potter was treated like a plague victim.

Activists have even called for his books to be burned!

And when the Biden administration invited leading spokespersons for the LGBTQ community to participate in a brainstorming session intended to regulate the participation of trans athletes in women’s sports competitions, the Democratic president was accused of being complicit in a “genocide”!

In short, activists talk like George Bush. We are 110% with them or 110% against them. No nuance possible.

If you don’t believe that we should send biological men to women’s prisons or allow biological men to box against biological women, you are a Nazi, a transphobe, a homophobe!

However, says Rodrigo Heng-Lehtinen, some people who criticize gender theory ask legitimate questions.

And instead of smearing these people, dragging them through the mud and insulting them, LGBTQ activists should listen to them.

Because currently, all the polls show it: the American population’s support for the LGBTQ cause is melting like snow in the sun.

People are disgusted to be called names by extremist activists who are always at the end of their chain.

Why do you think Trump was elected?

Said Rodrigo Heng-Lehtinen: “We will never get people on our side if we constantly vilify them, if we force workers to display their pronouns in their emails and if we demand that the use of words “man” and “woman” in public discourse…”

THE DEMONSTRATION SQUARE

All activists should read Mr. Heng-Lehtinen’s interview.

Pro-Palestinian demonstrators. Environmentalists who block bridges. And the angry people who demonstrate against “capitalism”, “police violence” or “systemic racism”.

Do you want to convince people that you are right?

So breathe through your nose, take your equal gas and stop disgusting everyone who emits the slightest complaint.

And then, if the activists in Montreal are not able to demonstrate without breaking windows and making a mess, I have an idea.

Transform the Gilles-Villeneuve circuit into a “GND demonstration square”.

Do you want to demonstrate for a cause, whatever it may be? Reserve the place and go demonstrate there.

No demonstrations will be permitted elsewhere than in this location.

There will be cameras permanently installed, and your demonstration will be broadcast on community .

We can even install windows that you can break, for a certain fee.

At some point, enough is enough.

DOES MONEY GROW ON TREES?

Some people want the state to pay for children’s lunches at school; others, that it reimburses medications against insomnia, means of contraception or Viagra and Cialis…

And in the meantime, we complain about being overtaxed and imposed too much.

We’ll have to choose, friends: either we cut the basket of services offered by the State, or we pay more taxes!

It’s boring, but there is nothing free in this world…

The State cannot pay everything, for everyone, all the time.

CEGEP AND REAL LIFE

The Quebec College Student Federation wants CEGEPs to abolish sanctions against students who are absent from their classes too often.

And what, again? Will teachers have to stop giving bad grades to dunces?

No wonder some young people implode when they find themselves on the job market! They believe that the system should always adapt to them, to their needs…

“I want to work from home! At times that please me! Not on weekends! Nor in the evening!”

Sorry, but that’s not how it works in real life…

CANADA IS A SIEVE!

I live in a condo complex. We have rules. Among these: do not give the secret code operating the main entrance door to anyone. Security Question.

We don’t want shady individuals walking through our corridors, our garage…

No wonder Trump reprimanded Canada for its poor management of its borders! It’s as if we gave our access code to everyone, and people took advantage of it to enter the United States illegally!

A rule is a rule! You apply it or you don’t apply it!
