He was finally sentenced to a ten-month suspended prison sentence, in accordance with the requisitions of the Bourg-en-Bresse public prosecutor's office. His sentence was accompanied by an obligation to provide care and to compensate the civil parties, and a ban on entering into contact with the victim.
Concerning the facts, the individual had written on social networks: “We have to go and give him two to this son of a dog”, the message having been directly aimed at the principal of the Parisian high school.
Thus, and following this publication, the individual was prosecuted for “public and direct provocation without effect to commit a crime or misdemeanor”. The Bourg-en-Bresse public prosecutor's office, contacted by CNEWS, indicated that the man had been tried in a collective hearing on November 7. However, the judgment was reserved.
During the hearing on November 7, the prosecution had requested against the individual “ten months of imprisonment with suspended probation, with obligation of care, obligation to compensate the civil party and ban on entry in contact with the civil party for a period of two years. In addition, the prosecution had requested against the person concerned a “ban on possessing a weapon for two years”.

Regarding the civil parties, and still during the hearing on November 7, the lawyers of the principal of the Maurice-Ravel high school requested 10,000 euros in damages.
Concerning the lawyer for the national union of management personnel of National Education, he requested 1 symbolic euro for damages, added the prosecution.
