From December 7 to 23, the town of Péronne will live to the rhythm of end-of-year events with a busy program for everyone. The festivities will begin on Saturday, December 7 at 5 p.m. with the inauguration of the Christmas village at Place André Audinot, in music with the Harmony Orchestra of the city of Péronne and the arrival of Santa Claus, who will have a chalet just 'to him. Musical entertainment in the Christmas village

The place will be musically animated throughout the last month of the year, starting on Sunday December 8 with the street band Musique Bandas 59 from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., which will open the series of Christmas concerts.

On Wednesday, December 11, the youngest will be able to meet the mascots from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. They will also be able to take the opportunity to drop off their letter to Santa Claus in the box installed near the chalet of the famous man dressed in red, without forget to indicate their name and address to receive a response. At 6:30 p.m. the same day, music lovers will be delighted to attend a performance by the flute ensemble of the city's music school.

Thursday, December 12, the Mont-Saint-Quentin school choir will perform a concert at 5:30 p.m. in the Christmas village. The next day, at 6:45 p.m., it will be around the music school choir. Friday, December 13, also time for the Christmas sweater competition! Don't hesitate to wear your best Christmas sweater for the occasion.

Christmas orchestrades at the Mac Orlan space

The weekend will be hosted by the Pipe Band group on Saturday December 14 from 3 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. and the Hauts de Gamme on Sunday December 15 from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. A major concert from the music schools of the East of the entitled the Christmas Orchestrades will take place at the Mac Orlan space (music school students will offer pieces of Christmas and Disney music with choirs) at 6 p.m. 30.

The last week before the family festivities will continue with other musical entertainment including a performance by the “Si on chantait” choir at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday December 17 and Friday December 20; a performance by the music training class at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 21; a performance by Saami Band from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 22… Without forgetting the mascots who will once again stroll through the Christmas village on Wednesday, December 18.

Dancing, a market and a Christmas concert

Highlights will take place on Thursday December 19 at 2 p.m. with the distribution of packages for seniors, the light parade on Friday 20 from 5:15 p.m. to 6 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.; the Solidarity Christmas from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday December 21 and a dance demonstration by the Born To Dance association from Marquaix the same day at 6:30 p.m. in the Christmas village; the associations market on Sunday, December 22 in the Mac Orlan space, and finally, the Children's Christmas in the same room on Monday, December 23 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. And the city's festivities will end with a Christmas concert by The Big Band on Friday December 27 at 8 p.m. at the Mac Orlan space. Entrance is €8 and free for children under 12.

The Christmas village is open from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturdays, December 7, 14 and 21, and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Sundays, December 8, 15 and 22, and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, December 13 and 20. Exceptional opening on Monday 23 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
