Three young people were placed in pre-trial detention, the Nîmes prosecutor announced this Wednesday. They are suspected of having entered the home of a 63-year-old woman to rob her, before raping her, on the night of November 20 to 21 fine. The other two managed to escape. They were finally arrested a few days later.
All are now indicted for “rape in a meeting, burglary in a residential premises, aggravated by the circumstance of the meeting”, specifies the Nîmes public prosecutor's office. The sixty-year-old was prescribed 28 days of ITT.
