On November 26, 2024, the Territorial Public Service Management Center of Tarn-et-Garonne brought together occupational health experts, authors, researchers, and local authorities around a major subject: work rhythms and their impacts on daily health. This conference, which was held in Montbeton at the Jean Bourdette space, offered a space for exchanges and innovations for all those who want to rethink their ways of working to live better. This day concocted by the CDG82 Occupational Health and Safety team is supported in particular by the municipality of Montbeton and the Mutuelle Nationale Territoriale. The day was punctuated by conferences and practical workshops, all around a common objective: to discover the factors contributing to the compression of work rhythms, and what solutions are possible to better understand the changes and organize our time for a better efficiency and better balance.
Highlights of the conference:

Conferences with the authors of the book “Le Travail Pressé”, the presentation of the precautions for using new hybrid working modes (teleworking, 4-day week, etc.) but also the presentation of the laws of productivity. These conferences were punctuated by short improvisational humorous scenes.
Discovery workshops : to understand resistance to change and overcome it, discover the TAF method with its author Table of Actions to Do or even experiment how TOP methods, Potential Optimization Technique, can help us manage these work rhythms and recharge our batteries. A very popular conference! The feedback was extremely positive: many participants said they were motivated to adopt concrete changes in their daily lives to increase productivity while preserving their health. This 11th edition was synonymous with success, sharing and openness to innovations as underlined by Mr. DEPRINCE, president of the CDG82.
