The agricultural world of Côte-d'Or is in mourning. Fabrice Genin, former president of the FDSEA and former president of the mustard producers' association, died this Sunday, November 24, a victim of pancreatic cancer.
His funeral will be celebrated this Saturday at 10 a.m. in the church of Marsannay-le-Bois. The ceremony is open to all. The prefect of Côte-d'Or, Paul Mourier will be present and a tribute will be paid by Vincent Lavier, president of the Chamber of Agriculture of Côte-d'Or. At the end of the ceremony, urns will be opened near the condolence registers to collect donations for cancer research.
Fabrice Genin was 47 years old and father of three children. His associate was Christophe Monot, the mayor of Marsannay-le-Bois.
