the essential
For the launch of Pause Guitare, the people of Albigeois are getting into the rhythm of the event. Starting at 6pm on Tuesday, they were able to enjoy nine different concerts for free in several partner bars in the city centre. An opportunity for young and old to get together for a musical and festive evening.
At the prefecture café, the Oshawa Sharks band kicks off hostilities. To the sound of guitars and drums, the terrace is electrified by a wave of sharp and melodic rock. In front of the bar, Albi residents of all ages bob their heads and tap their feet, alone or with friends.
While some stop for a moment, others take advantage of it to follow the concerts from bar to bar (or from beer to beer). Sandra and Bastien come every year “We like to come, because we know that it’s the launch of Pause Guitare, we come mainly for the music, but sometimes we take the opportunity to have a drink!”
In total, nine groups with different musical styles brought the city centre to life all evening.
