The number of people who are unable to access the law is increasing. This is the observation made by Secours catholique which has made the fight against this phenomenon the main axis of its actions. The distance can be geographical or social. Many people are not comfortable with digital technology and many feel rejected by the rest of society, which stigmatizes them for asking too much. As a result, some no longer even come to ask for help.
