main Features : Rehabilitation of parking areas in the Sainte-Marguerite business park located in the commune of Grasse.
Location of work: near the Sainte-Marguerite activity zone in the commune of Grasse.
Overall deadline for completion of the project : 2 months from the date set by the service order to start work, preparatory period of the site set at 2 weeks included in the duration of execution.
The start of the work is planned for September 2024.
Market shape : Work settled by application of unit prices, the wording of which is given in the BPU and in the DQE indicated in the contract as an estimate.

The most economically advantageous offer assessed on the basis of the criteria set out below with their weighting in the form of a percentage:
1. Price criterion with regard to the DQE weighted at 60%
2. Criterion Technical value with regard to the technical report weighted at 40%
