A20 motorway blocked by farmers and their tractors

After a relatively calm Act 1 marked by spills and a fire of anger in Albasud, the farmers of Tarn-et-Garonne are taking it up a notch this Tuesday, November 26. According to information collected by TOTEM, no fewer than a hundred tractors are expected to converge from across the department this Tuesday evening. These convoys must reach the Montauban Chamber of Agriculture at 7 p.m. to then participate in the “Dumpster Festival“.
Consequence: convoys will undoubtedly leave around 6 p.m. or even 5:30 p.m. from Caussade and Valence-d'Agen. They plan to take the A20 and A62 motorways before entering the ring road then joining the Chamber of Agriculture in the Chaumes district of Montauban. So be careful, especially at this time when visibility is very reduced.
Spills in the city center of Montauban or even more….
Once gathered in Montauban, all these tractors should separate to carry out dumping operations. We plan at least one in the Prefecture sector and one in front of the Territorial Directorate located on Quai de Verdun. If you are used to parking your car on these streets, it is better to plan another place. Especially since after the spills, we will have to wait for the cleaning operations which could last a good part of the night.
