A snail operation took place on the A20 motorway, near Vierzon, this Monday morning. It is the farmers of the Cher Rural Coordination who are at the origin of this action, joined by their colleagues from the majority unions, the FDSEA and the JA. The operation was carried out precisely between the southern entrance to Vierzon and the northern tollwhere the A20 and A71 motorways intersect, in the Province-Paris direction. The farmers have reached the Vierzon tollbooth, where they will remain mobilized until mid-afternoon.
Spanish trucks blocked
Around fifteen tractors, accompanied by vehicles, were escorted to the toll booth, according to our reporter on site. The farmers plan to spend a good part of the day there, to stop trucks coming from Spain who go to the Rungis market.
